Things You'll Need:
- chicken breasts
- pkg. frozen spinach
- feta cheese
- can cream of mushroom soup
- pepper
- garlic powder
- parsley

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Slice a slit in each chicken breast to make a pocket for inserting the spinach and cheese. Start at one end and cut almost all the way to the other halfway through the meat. make sure you cut far enough back that you have room to stuff the ingredients.

Step 2
Stuff some spinach into each chicken breast, leaving some room for cheese. Go ahead and stuff in the feta cheese as well. Stuff in as much as you like. I LOVE cheese, so if you ask me, the more the better!

Step 3
Season the meat with pepper, garlic powder and parsley. You can add as much as you like depending on your taste. (Don't over do it. ..I would recommend limiting it to two tablespoons of garlic powder and no more than one tablespoon of pepper).

Step 4
Cover the stuffed chicken with the can of cream of mushroom soup and the remaining spinach. Cover and bake until done. I usually eye it and cut into the meat to make sure it is no longer pink AT ALL. Minimum baking time is usually at least 40 minutes for four chicken breasts.
