Stay young and healthy longer!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first thing I want you to do is purchase apple cider vinegar; make sure to pick up apple cider vinegar and not distilled vinegar. You can find apple cider vinegar at your local grocery store in the salad dressing section.

  2. Step 2

Mix one tablespoon of applecider vinegar with water and drink this with or before every meal; or at least every dinner. Vinegar aids in the digestion process, contains enzymes that are benefical, and contributes to a healthy digestive system.

  3. Step 3

You will find that you have more energy, are in a better mood thoughout the day, and even eat less food. The reason you eat less food while drinking apple cider vinegar is simple, your body is now wasting less food that you intake, it is utilizing the food you eat for maximum benefit. Stay with apple cider for the rest of your life and you will add years to it.
