How to Work for ADT
ADT is a company that sells home-security products. Products include alarm systems, fire-alarm systems, emergency health-alert systems and video-surveillance systems. Consider the type of job you are interested in doing. ADT hires people in many different departments. Your educational background and previous work experience will affect your qualification for certain roles.

Visit CareersAtADT.com to conduct your job search. You can view all of the jobs at once, or you can click "Search Jobs" to search specific departments and locations.

Click on the job that you are interested in, and read the description thoroughly.

Click "Apply Online" at the bottom of the job description to apply for a job. You will be prompted to log into your account. If this is your first time applying for a job with ADT, click on the link above the login fields to create a new account.

Fill out the required fields to register your account. Paste a copy of your resume into the text field at the top of the page and click "Parse Resume." Click "Next" to continue.

Upload a copy of your cover letter by pressing "Upload File." When you are done, click "Upload." Click "Skip" if you don't want to include a cover letter.

Select "ADT Website" from the drop-down menu, and click "Next."

Answer the pre-employment questions and click "Next" to continue.

Click "Begin" at the bottom of the page to open the job application. Follow the prompts to fill out the application, clicking "Next" at the bottom of each screen to progress through the pages.

Read over the Applicant Statement on the final page, and enter your name in the text box to indicate your agreement. Click "Finish" to submit your application for consideration.
