   Use a website that has a video dictionary so you can see how the signs are executed. Some suggestions are ASLpro.com and Lifeprint.com

3. Go through the dictionary and practice forming the signs, starting with your fingers spelling the alphabet to the basic hand shapes.

4. Expand to grammar and sentence structure lessons.

Tips & Warnings

• Take short notes or download videos, if possible, to practice later. Involve a partner to practice dialogue. If practicing by yourself, use a mirror while going through vocabulary to make sure your hand shapes are correct.
