- Italian dressing

Step 1
* This dish is great because it can allow great variety. One day make it with red and black beans and onions, another day make it without the beans but add broccoli, cauliflower, and corn... The possibilities are endless.
* It's also very healthy, so add tons of veggies and enjoy!!
HOW TO MAKE EASY AND HEALTHY VEGETARIAN PASTA SALAD:
While pasta is cooking, chop your favorite veggies into bite size chunks.
I like broccoli, orange peppers, cauliflower, squash, tomato, onion, and a few others best, but you can add whichever are your favorites. -
Step 2
After pasta is cooked al dente (according to package directions) and drained, add to a large bowl with all the chopped veggies. Stir.

Step 3
Add Italian dressing and a little garlic and other favorite spices, stir very well.
Taste too see if more dressing is needed. Only add a little at a time.
Serve warm or chilled!
