Things You'll Need:
- Lobster
- Cream
- Butter
- Flour
- Milk
- Salt
- Paprika
- Flour
- Parsley

Step 1
In a medium size cooking pan place 4 tablespoons of butter. Turn heat on low and melt the butter. Next:add to the pan 3 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh onion. Cook onion on low heat in butter until softened.

The next step is to add to the cooking pan 2 tablespoons of flour and stir constantly until blended. Next add the following ingredients to the pan: 3 cups of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 cup of heavy cream. Cook on low heat until mixture thickens, and remember to stir the mixture constantly so it will not burn or stick to the bottom of your cooking pan.

Step 3
Add to the pan the meat of one lobster and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. Warm. Serve immediately in 4 decorative soup bowls.
