If your one of the millions of Americans that suffer from acid reflux disease or have regular heart burn, well theres an easy, cheap natural cure.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Raw, organic apple cider vinegar
  • Betain Hydrochloride
  • Raw Organic foods
  1. Step 1

One of the first items on this list to help get rid of or prevent heartburn or indigestion is raw, organic apple cider vinegar. You can find it pretty much at any health food store. Take about 1 tablespoon of vinegar for fast heart burn relief. Believe me it really does work.

  2. Step 2

The next step is to get to the cause of your heart burn or indigestion problems. Most likely your are getting heart burn because there is not enough of your natural acid in your stomach. So buy some betain hydrochloride to supplement your natural stomach acid and to prevent any heart burn or indigestion. Take 1 tablet of betain hydrochloride with a full meal such as dinner or lunch.

  3. Step 3

Now the reason why most people are deficient in stomach acid is there diet. The typical American diet consists of nutrient deficient food, this food is also lacking natural enzymes that help with the digestion process. So if you want to prevent heart burn in the first place, eat only organic foods.

Tips & Warnings
  • Remember in order to stop heart burn in the first place, you must eat right.
  • Try not to take betain hydrochloride if you have a light meal such as a salad, as this could cause a little bit of a stomach upset.
