How to make a prize-winning cheap costume for Halloween: the "Poor Woman's Boob Job"

Need a cheap costume this Halloween that will win top prize at all your zany Halloween parties? Well here it is (and just so you know up front, this is not a children's costume): it's funny, it's cheap, it doesn't require a sweaty halloween mask, and you probably have everything you need right in your office or craft room.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• two balloons
• two safety pins
• one drinking straw

1. For your cheap holloween costume, take one of the two balloons you'll need and inflate it part way. Safety pin it to one side of your shirt at breast level. Look in the mirror and try not to laugh.

2. Take the other balloon, insert a drinking straw (preferably the bendy kind) into the deflated balloon and pin it to the other side of your shirt at breast level.
   That's your basic Holloween costume! A poor woman's boob job!
   Now look in the mirror and see if you can stop laughing.

3. You can enhance your cheap costume by adding things like a tattered sweater, face grease, etc. Tease your hair... Steal a shopping cart... You get the picture.
