Step 1
Buy some plain yogurt from the market and fill upto half a glass or the container with it. The yogurt could be of any kind you like for example, 1% or 3% or even 0%. This will not affect the results of your recipe.

Add some water to fill up the container or glass if you desire less creamier drink. The water will dilute the yogurt solids and make it thinner to be blended easily with it.

For a creamier flavour and texture for your yogurt drink you can add milk instead. Again the milk can be of any kind. Using full cream milk will make your drink creamier and using 1% milk will make it more thinner.

Mix the contents thoroughly using a mixer or an electric blender. The time you spend mixing the contents can also make a difference in giving the right texture to your drink.

Add some sugar or honey as desired and mix again.

Step 6
For some soothing affect to cool your mind you can add crushed ice to your drink once ready. You can also put some ice and crush it in the blender while you are blending your drink.

Enjoy your drink during hot summer days or anytime for a refreshing nutritious retreat.
