How to Program a Jabra Bluetooth

Jabre Bluetooth devices connect wirelessly to your cell phone and allow for hand-free operation. They come in a variety of styles and support a majority of the Bluetooth-enabled phones. Pairing (programing) a Jabre Bluetooth with your Bluetooth-enabled phone is simple.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Turn off the Jabre Bluetooth and leave it off until you begin the pairing (programing) sequence.

  2. Step 2

    Power on the Bluetooth function of your phone. Refer to your operating manual for instructions specific to your phone.

  3. Step 3

    Press and hold the "Answer" button on the Jabre Bluetooth until the light turns blue. In some models you may have to press the volume up button to display the blue light. The phone will recognize and display the device in the pairing list. If recognition fails, select "Search" to locate the Jabre Bluetooth. Once it has been located, it will be displayed on the pairing list.

  4. Step 4

    Highlight your Jabre Bluetooth from the pairing list and enter the default pass key: "0000".

  5. Step 5

    Press "OK" and press "Yes" again to complete the pairing.

Tips & Warnings
  • Some phone models may require 1 or 2 extra configuration steps. Refer to your Jabre Bluetooth and cell phone operating manuals.
