How to Design Glass Glitter
German glass glitter is made from shattered glass that has been ground and tumbled into coarse and fine grades of glitter. It comes in a wide variety of colors and is popular among craft makers that prefer primitive or vintage art. It is also a rather inexpensive way to add sparkle to ornaments or decorations.
