How to Remove a Temporary Tattoo

The real beauty of a temporary tattoo is the quick and painless way in which it can be cleaned off your skin.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Moisten the temporary color with baby oil.

  2. Step 2

    Wipe the color off the area with rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball.

  3. Step 3

    Rinse your skin with warm water.

  4. Step 4

    Pat dry with a washcloth.

  5. Step 5

    Repeat steps 1 through 3 if the tattoo is tenacious.

  6. Step 6

    Apply moisturizer if the skin feels slightly dry.

  7. Step 7

    Return to your quiet life, knowing that it is a very short walk back to the wild side.

on 12/15/2008 To add on to my earlier comment, you may have to do this process more than once. Only about 80% of the tattoo came off at first, but it came off fully with the second attempt. Thank you!

on 8/9/2007 Also if you just use EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) a temporary tattoo with wipe right off with a few rubs.

on 7/2/2006 Just moisten a cotton ball with baby oil and rub over the temporary tattoo until it is broken up. Then take a baby wipe or a damp, washcloth and clean up the area. This works like a charm.
