How to Print Zoomed Documents in Adobe Reader

Adobe Reader is an application to view PDF documents. The application has a zoom option, which allows readers to enlarge pages for easier viewing. However, when users print the document it reverts back to its original size. Fortunately, there is a way to work around this problem. Discover how to print PDF documents in the zoom mode.

Instructions

1. Open the document in Adobe Reader.

2. Click the "File" tab on the main menu bar. Choose "Print" and select "Properties." Select "Adobe PDF" from the printer pull-down menu.

3. Click "Properties." Check "Page Size" and choose "Advanced." Open the "Page Size" pull-down menu and choose "11 x 17." Click "OK."

4. Click "OK" in the Print Properties box. A "Save as" dialogue box will open; click "OK" to save as a new PDF document. Close the original PDF document and open the saved PDF document in Adobe Reader.

5. Click "File" and choose "Print" to open the print dialogue box. Open the "Page Scaling" pull-down menu and check "Tile Larger Pages." Set the tile size to "100%."

6. Click "OK." Your document will print in the zoomed size in multiple page sections.
