Anxiety and panic attacks are sudden and intense feelings of panic in people. They can happen anytime and there are no known particular triggers that cause anxiety and panic. Since doctors are unsure of what causes anxiety and panic attacks and so treatment for each individual can be different. The usual treatment involves psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, or medication.

    Use behavioral therapy to treat anxiety and panic attacks. This type of therapy helps patients deal with their anxiety and panic attacks. By using mediation and breathing techniques during an onset of attacks, one can calm themselves down.
