It's late and an unrelenting chocolate craving has suddenly surfaced. Unfortunately, there are no cookies, candy or cakes in your cupboards. So what do you do? Bake a brownie for one in your microwave, of course!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • bowl, flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, vegetable oil, water, vanilla
  1. Step 1

In a microwave safe bowl or even an oversized coffee mug combine the following ingredients: 4 tablespoons of flour and sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa and a dash of salt. Lightly mix together these dry ingredients.

  2. Step 2

Add 2 tablespoons of water and vegetable oil and 1/4 of a teaspoon of vanilla. Mix well.

  3. Step 3

Toss in some chocolate chip morsels or sprinkles for added crunch.

  4. Step 4

Cover your dish and microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on the high setting. Let cool for a few minutes.

  5. Step 5

Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. You can also frost your brownie with your desired flavor. Devour! Chocolate craving cured!
