Things You'll Need:
- Socket wrench
- Socket set
- 4 jack stands
- Exhaust gasket

Step 1
Climb under the vehicle and place the exhaust on top of 4 jack stands spaced evenly underneath the vehicle. The point of this procedure is to try to get the exhaust off the ground so that you can align the exhaust tubing with the mounting holes on the catalytic converter.

Step 2
Align the mounting holes on the exhaust with the mounting holes on the catalytic converter.

Step 3
Place an exhaust gasket between the converter and the Gibson exhaust piping. You can set it against the mating surface of the catalytic converter.

Step 4
Press the exhaust piping to the catalytic converter and thread the Gibson exhaust to catalytic converter bolts.

Step 5
Tighten the exhaust bolts.

Step 6
Slide the exhaust piping hangers onto the exhaust hangers on the underside of the vehicle.

Step 7
Thread the O2 sensor into the Gibson exhaust. There is only one port for the O2 sensor.

Step 8
Connect the electrical wiring running to the O2 sensor.
