How to Do 50 or More Sit-ups Each Day

Sit-ups may be the most difficult exercise to complete as far as motivation is concerned. For many people sit-ups create more pain and discomfort than benefits and results. If your someone who want s to add sit-ups to your daily routine here are a few steps on how to do at least 50 sit-ups a day.

      When you wake up the first thing you need to do is lay down on your back in your bed, then do about 5 warm-up sit-ups in your bed. This will help wake you up and get your blood flowing. Once you have completed these 5 sit-ups then get ready for the day. If your feeling more awake after the sit-ups proceed to do 10 more sit-ups on the ground by your bed before you take a shower.

      During lunch if your in an area that you can lay on your back, I would recommend doing another 10-20 sit-ups while at lunch this will help you stay on pace for your goal of 50 sit-ups per day.

      Once you get home do 2 sets of 20 sit-ups. This will complete the daily task of doing 50 or more sit-ups per day. As you continue to find time to do sit-ups everyday, you will begin to develop better strength that can increase you sit-up limits.
