   First off know the system. Know how KGB works. Do you know what to do when someone requests more? Do you remember to check customer history? Do you know how to attatch and dismiss? 2. Don't be afraid of training modules. I know they take a lot of time. But if you ever get asked a question related to the modules, you can save oh so much time because you'll know exactly what to do.

3. Next screen your questions. I know it's sometimes hard to get a question, so when the system is slow take what you can get. However, if they're busy, be picky. I will always pick a question about movie times over a question about which highschool sports team somebody you've never hear of played. Don't choose questions with a star unless you want to get your leveler score up.

4. Pick questions that already have an accurate answer. A slight modification of an already developed answer will get you your 10 cents instead of 5 cents.

   Next choose good keywords and search the database. For common questions, there is almost always an answer. You just have to find it. This is often much faster than finding an answer for yourself.

6. Follow what you learned in training. They presented the stuff because it works and it's been used over and over and over again.

7. Learn search engine shortcuts. Know what ", +, -, OR all mean. Know how to do a domain restrict search. It's all easy stuff, that will save you lots of time.

8. Add a cherry on top, but only if it comes easy. Don't add pointless minutes trying to find one additional fact about your question.

9. In order to make KGB an effective work at home job you will need to be fast or content with making a few cents an hour. So, in order to accomplish this, your final step is to try to be fast. Have the attitude that you will answer many questions as possible and work quickly to do so.
