Step 1
Take a chicken, if you like it as a whole leave it like that and if you like pieces, just cut it in medium pieces. Make past of garlic and ginger almost two table spoon and rub this past all over the chicken. Now leave this aside for some time.

Now prepare spice for the tandoori chicken. Take one table spoon of all these spices salt, red chilli, papain, citric acid, ginger, nut meg, black papper, cumin, brown cardamom, mace, garlic, aniseed, cinnamon(half tea spoon)food color. Grind all these spices and mix them with half cup of lemon juice. You can add salt & papper according to your taste.

Now put all the chicken in this mixture and rub it . Leave the chicken aside for roughly two to three hours. If you will leave the chicken in the mixture for a long time the taste will be more good. Now if you want to grill the chicken, grill it until tender and perfectly cooked, otherwise you can cook it in the oven. Serve it fresh salad, chuttni and naan.
