If you love BLT sandwiches you must try the BLT pizza. It is easy and fast to make. This will soon be one of your favorite meals to make and eat.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pizza dough kit
  • Package of bacon
  • A head of Lettuce
  • A squeeze tube of mayonnaise
  • Shredded cheese
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Baking sheet
  1. Step 1

    *Making the bacon.
There are two options for the bacon. You can microwave or pan fry our bacon. In the microwave it takes about 5 minutes on high, depending on how crisp you like your bacon. I prefer to fry in the pan. In the pan it is easier to see if the bacon is done.

  2. Step 2

    *Making your dough.
Follow the instructions on your pizza dough kit to prepare and make your dough. Once your dough is prepared, spread it evenly over your baking sheet.

  3. Step 3

    *Prepare to bake your pizza.
Spread a thin layer of vegetable oil over your crust. Crumble up your bacon and evenly spread it out on the dough. Then apply a thin layer of shredded cheese on top and you are ready to bake.

  4. Step 4

    *Baking your pizza.
Your pizza dough kit will come with instructions that you can follow.
Generally you will preheat your oven to 450, then bake your pizza for eight to ten minutes. Let the pizza stand for five or ten minutes to cool. Add your lettuce, more shredded cheese, and your diced tomatoes on top of the pizza. Then squeeze a generous amount mayonnaise evenly on the top of your pizza. Now you are ready to eat.

Tips & Warnings
  • Cut your pizza into slices then add your mayonnaise on each individual slice.
  • You can substitute a white sauce on your pizza (like ranch), instead of using vegetable oil.
  • Watch your crust closely it can burn easily.
