Get a free heart health screening year round by locating a Sister to Sister organization nearest you. Go to the resource section at the bottom of this article for a link to their website.

    What about a mammogram? Have you ever had one or does breast canter run in your family? You can get a free mammogram on National Mammogram Day which is on October 16 every year. Go to the resource section below this article for a link to find the clinic near you.

    Skin cancer is running rampant because we are coming out of an era of time where people didn't use sun screen or take other precautions to protect themselves from the sun's dangerous rays. If you are concerned about a strange mole or mark on your skin and want to get tested for free you can. You can get this test for free year round.
