Step 1
Pin the nose on the witch. This is based on pin the tail on the donkey. Find any flat witch that you can tape to the wall. Make or print out witch noses for the kids to use. Give each child a nose and have them put their name on it. One at a time, blindfold each child and spin them three times and have them put the nose on the witch.
-
Step 2
Pass the pumpkin. Have all the children sit on the floor. Give a pumpkin filled with goodies to one child. Start the music and have the children pass the pumpkin. When the music stops, the child holding the pumpkin is out and that child takes something from the pumpkin. Continue playing the music until only one child is left.
-
Step 3
Candy toss. Have each child toss a specified number of pieces of candy into the candy dish. The child with that makes the most pieces of candy wins a specified prize.
-
Step 4
Pumpkin grand prize game. Have each child play the grand prize game. Put six plastic pumpkins in a straight line one foot away from each other. The first pumpkin should have a line one foot in front of it. Each player throws a ping-pong ball into the first, then second, then third, then fourth, then fifth, then sixth pumpkin. Give each child a prize that corresponds with the number pumpkin they get to.
