Cranberry jelly is a wonderful addition to your thanksgiving table or at any time of the year if you have a fondness for cranberries. It has always been a family tradition in our home and can easily be with yours too. With this simple to follow recipe you can make this homemade treat anytime of the year.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Cups Cranberries
  • 1 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  1. Step 1

Rinse off your cranberries using cool water and then place in a medium sized saucepan over medium/high heat.

  2. Step 2

Immediately add in your water and your sugar.

  3. Step 3

When the water begins to boil place a lid on your saucepan and allow your cranberry jelly mixture to boil, covered, for 10 minutes.

  4. Step 4

Remove lid, skim the top of your cranberry jelly mixture and then fold cranberries into a wet Clay or a.k.a. earthenware mold. As long as it is coated with a non-porous glaze.

  5. Step 5
