Things You'll Need:
- 2 Cups Cranberries
- 1 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water

Step 1
Rinse off your cranberries using cool water and then place in a medium sized saucepan over medium/high heat.

Immediately add in your water and your sugar.

When the water begins to boil place a lid on your saucepan and allow your cranberry jelly mixture to boil, covered, for 10 minutes.

Remove lid, skim the top of your cranberry jelly mixture and then fold cranberries into a wet Clay or a.k.a. earthenware mold. As long as it is coated with a non-porous glaze.

Allow the homemade jelly to harden - chill if desired and serve when ready!
