Things You'll Need:
- Hand Soap
- Hydrogen Peroxide (Oral)
- Listerine Mouthwash
-
Step 1
Whenever you get that tickling feeling in the back of your throat, which feels like you may be getting a cold, gargle with a hydrogen peroxide oral debriding agent. When gargling, hold your head back and slightly stick out your tongue so that you can get to the most rear part of your tongue. Hold it back there for about 30 seconds. Gargle with Listerine mouthwash every morning and every evening to wash away germs that have built up in your mouth.

Step 2
Keep a container of disinfectant wipes in your car. Use it on your hands and wipe down the stearing wheel, door handle, and other parts of the car that you have touched.
-
Step 3
Drink plenty of fluids. Orange juice and drinks rich with Vitamin C are great. Drink plenty of water. The human body is resilient but you need your rest. Get a good night's sleep every night. Have balance in your food diet to include plenty of fruits and green vegetables.
-
Step 4
Be aware of seasonal weather changes. Don't wear your summer clothes too long if the season is moving into fall. Start wearing your warmer clothes like the sweaters and jackets. When spring comes around, don't be too quick to shed your winter clothing (even if the weather is warm that day). Wait until the weather is warm on a consistant basis.

Step 5
Whenever you go to a public restroom wash your hands and then dry them with the paper towel provided. Turn the water off with the paper towel. If you turn the water on with your dirty hands and then wash them, it doesn't make a lot of sense to turn the water off with your clean hands when you just touched the same thing with your dirty hands. Finally, use the same paper towel you dried your hands with to open the door. I see the guys every day go from the stall to the door without washing their hands, so why would you open that door with your bare hands?

Step 6
Wash your hands frequently especially after the following:
* First enter your home from the outside
* Before you prepare food(s)
* Before you eat
Be careful of the things you touch. There was a guy who went into the men's room and relieved himself then walked right out without washing his hands. A person later saw the same guy in the break room. Guess who was making the coffee?
