1. Online coupons.
   Shopping on the internet with online coupons can be very rewarding. You can get discounts that you could not receive by going to the actual store. Along with coupons you can use websites, such as ebates, to get a percentage cash back on whatever you spend. So you could use a coupon for 20 percent off and you use a cash back website that give you 5 percent back. There are ways to double up on your savings, so make sure that you do it!

2. The drive.
   Besides finding great deals online you also will not be spending extra money driving to your location. With gas prices as high as they are visiting a store can sometimes be very costly. For example, if you make a day of shopping but have to spend 15 dollars on gas, that is a shirt that you could have bought instead. Also by looking shopping online you will not have to fight with other shoppers for parking spaces or items that you are wanting to buy.

3. Mailing list.
   If a website has a mailing list I would suggest signing up. This way you can get discounts straight to your email without having to search online for a working promotional code. Also some websites will give you special discounts or items for your birthday or other special days throughout the year. Most websites have a mailing list, so try to find it before you make a purchase. That way you might be able to save even more money on the item that you are shopping for.
