Step 1
When making the introduction, always say the name of the person with the greatest authority first and then introduce others to them. Example: "Mr. Authority, I would like to introduce to you our President, Mr. Less-Authority." Then you say, "Mr. Less-Authority, this is Mr. Authority.

Keep the use of titles and first names the same for both people. If you use Mr. or Ms. for one, then you have to do the same for the other person.
