How to Get a Flat Belly Walking

Knowing how to get a flat belly while walking will help you lose weight and show off your bikini. Losing weight and trimming your belly fat as easy as walking everyday for an hour. It is best if you walk after your meals especially if it was a particularly heavy meal.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    ABDOMINAL TIGHTENING - Tighten your abdominal muscles periodically throughout your day. Especially when you are walking and weight training. Tightening your abdominal muscles and holding it for as long as you can will help you to build up your muscles and burn more calories.

  2. Step 2

    WALKING ROUTINE - Begin a new routine of walking everyday. If you are determined to walk off your fat belly, you should walk for about two hours per day or at least one hour. It is best if you walk right after heavy or fattening meals.

    Establish a schedule that works for you, so that you easily slip your new walking routine into your day. You can even walk in the evenings if you work late. Walk in a safe area where there is no risk of getting mugged or run over by a car.

  3. Step 3

    WEIGHT TRAINING - Add weight training into your weekly routine to help sculpt those abs. You can lift dumbbells, do sit ups, crunches, lunges, squats and pull ups easily in your own home.

    Do weight training at least three days per week. Concentrate on your abdominal muscles. Your abdominal muscles can be worked out everyday, unlike other muscles that need a break in between workouts.

  4. Step 4

    DRINKING WATER - Drink a minimum amount of eight glasses of water per day and more if you weigh more than one hundred and fifty pounds. Water is essential to keep your body healthy. Do not drink all of your water at the same time. Drink it throughout your day.

    Do not count vitamin water, milk, soda, tea, coffee and other drinks as your water intake. Only water counts towards your water intake. Just pure water and nothing else.

    If you do not have good tap water at your home, look into getting a water filter. They are cheap and will help you drink more water.
