Step 1
Get organized with a schedule book, calendar¸ to do list. If you can set aside and space out the times to work on things, you can concentrate on things one at a time and know there will still be time to finish the others.

Step 2
Take only as much as you can eat. When your plate is full, your plate is full. Trying to do too much will only make you worry and stress out, making you even less productive.
-

Focus on today. Do things one day at a time. Worrying about every little thing that you have to get done will just burn up more time. Concentrate on the tasks that you need to complete today, in order of importance.
-
Step 4
Be prepared for the unexpected. Always leave a little time in your schedule to allow for dealing with emergencies and the unplanned events that will inevitably pop up.
-
Step 5
Schedule time for yourself. All work and no play makes you more than dull. It makes you tired, burnt out, and even bitter. Take the time to recharge and do something that you enjoy, if only for an hour a day. Play a sport, a musical instrument, or meditate - anything that will take your mind off of your to-do list for a little while.
