EAT HOT PEPPERS - Eat hot peppers to keep your metabolism high and burning more fat and calories even while you sleep. Hot peppers stimulate your metabolism to burn more fat.
You can mix hot peppers in your favorite food, just make sure that you have an iced cold drink nearby to wash it down (the iced cold drink will also increase your metabolism and help you burn more fat. -

EAT TONS OF VEGETABLES - Eat all of the vegetables you want either raw or lightly cooked. Vegetables are excellent for your health, for weight loss and they help your digestive system work correctly.
Don't run them with sauces filled with trans fats, partially hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup. Eat them as close to nature as you can get. It is acceptable for you to eat some fat with your vegetables such as butter and cheese, but only in small portions and only in their natural state. No processed cheese such as American or Velvetta and no trans fat butters such as regular margarine or bad oils. -

DRINK HOT OR COLD BEVERAGES - Drink only healthy beverages such as water, wine, tea or coffee. Do not drink juices, sodas and other drinks with added sugar or high fructose corn syrup.
Drink your beverages the opposite of the temperature outside for maximum fat burning and metabolism boosting. On hot days drink iced tea and on cold days drink hot tea.
It will take longer for you body to cool down or warm up your drink and burn more calories.
