Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Take 3 grams of Arginine before your workouts. I like NO-XPLODE it seems to work really well it gets me pumped up to get a good workout. Nitrix is another good product that delivers no stimulants if you are trying to avoid caffeine.

  2. Step 2

    Take 3 grams of Glutamine right after your workout and consume a banana. Quick easy carbs right after an intense workout is essential. 50% of your glutamine stores are blown during training, it would take your body a month to replenish this completely on its own. Glutamine is often found in powder form and can be purchased online or from any GNC like store. Glutamine and Arganine are both naturally occurring amino acids and are essential to body processes.

  3. Step 3

    Take 500 mg of Tribulus before bed each night. Tribulus will assist in the formulation of beneficial hormones. Your body produces much of its hormones at night so a good night sleep is a must.

Tips & Warnings
  • rest at least 3 times a week.
  • Nitrix and No-xplode are great supplements I suggest you use them.
  • Make sure to drink an adequate amount of water at least two quarts more than you are right now 4 cups in a quart.

on 9/15/2009 Good advice. I use some of it regularly and have been working out sporadically for over fifty years. Much more frequently as a young man.
The amino acids are very beneficial in growing muscle mass but the rest is essential.
