Glutamine is often found in powder form and can be purchased online or from any GNC like store. Glutamine and Arganine are both naturally occurring amino acids and are essential to body processes.

Take 500 mg of Tribulus before bed each night. Tribulus will assist in the formulation of beneficial hormones. Your body produces much of its hormones at night so a good night sleep is a must.

on 9/15/2009 Good advice. I use some of it regularly and have been working out sporadically for over fifty years. Much more frequently as a young man.
The amino acids are very beneficial in growing muscle mass but the rest is essential.
