How to make easy mushroom chicken in the oven.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3lbs of boneless or bone in chicken breasts.
  • 2 cans Campbell mushroom chicken.
  • White wine. You can use regular of cooking wine.
  • cocktail onions
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. No need to grease bottom of pan. Wash the chicken breasts and then make sure you wash your hands!!

  2. Step 2

    Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish. If using bone in chicken, place chicken bone down and meaty side up.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the cream of mushroom over the chicken. Pour enough white wine to cover bottom of baking dish. Use a medium size jar of the cocktail onions and pour over the entire dish. The onions give it a awesome flavor. These onions are a little bitter to eat but give great taste.

  4. Step 4

    Cook for approx. 45 minutes to a hour. Stir occasionally to help the wine and soup mix up together. We like to eat with vegetable of our choice and mashed potatoes. the gravy in the dish makes a great gravy for the potatoes. I hope you enjoy!!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't worry about the wine. All alcohol content will cook out. It just makes the chicken tender and tasty.
