Attitash is a ski resort but in the summer time, the mountain offers plenty of warm weather fun. From water slides to scenic tours, Attitash has something for everyone.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Change of clothes: Shorts, pants, long sleeves, swim suit
  • Beach Towel
  • Cooler/Lunch
  • First Aid Kit
  1. Step 1

Pack a bag. When visiting Attitash, you will need several changes of clothing. The Alpine slide's high speeds mean you will be better off with pants and long sleeves when riding. People wipe out constantly and the road burn will be less painful if you have clothing covering most of your body. Bring your swimsuit and a towel for the water slides and a pair of shorts and short sleeve shirt for when you are just relaxing.

  2. Step 2

Bring your own lunch. There is food available at Attitash but you will pay high tourist prices. Attitash allows you to bring your own food, so take advantage. Pack a cooler and leave it in your car. When you are ready to eat, there are plenty of picnic tables and grassy areas for your picnic.

  3. Step 3

Purchase the all day pass for each member of your party. For the 2009 season, one trip down the mountain on the Alpine Slide was $15. But for just $35, you can go down the Alpine Slides, play in the Water Park, take the kids in the Buddy Bear's Playpool, use the Mountain Bike lift access, go on the Scenic Sky Ride, jump your heart out on the EuroBungy Trampoline and test your skills on the Climbing Wall as many times as you want for the entire day. It's a far better value than paying individually for each thing you would like to do. Horse rides and bike rentals are the only attractions not covered by the pass.
