How to Make a Ham and Bacon Quiche

This Ham and Bacon Quiche recipe makes a delicious and filling main dish for dinner or brunch. The recipe uses ingredients commonly found in the refrigerator and cupboard. Serve with a green salad for a complete meal.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 8 ounce can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 slices deli ham, chopped
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • seasoned salt and pepper to taste
  1. Step 1

    For the crust, unroll the crescent roll dough and press into a 9 inch greased pie pan. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Cut bacon slices into small squares and cook in a skillet until brown. Drain off fat. Sprinkle the bacon pieces over the crust. Sprinkle small squares of ham over the bacon. Shred the Swiss cheese and set aside.

  3. Step 3

    In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the Worcestershire sauce and evaporated milk. Stir in the shredded Swiss cheese. Pour the mixture into the crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is brown and the center is set. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 4 servings.
