Things You'll Need:
- Rubbing alcohol
- Water
- Two cloths

Step 1
Allow the leather item to completely dry.

Wipe the area of leather filled with mold with a clean, dry cloth. Once you have done this, place this cloth aside.

Fill a spray bottle with a 50-50 solution of rubbing alcohol and warm water.

Fold a second clean towel in half. Then, spray one side of the cloth with the solution so that it is slightly damp.

Step 5
Wipe away the mold with the wet side of the cloth.

Step 6
Flip the cloth to the dry side and wipe the area again.

Step 7
Examine the leather item. If you still see any mold, repeat the cleaning process.

Step 8
Hang the leather item so that it dries. Do not put the item away until is has completely dried.
