  • 1/2-stick butter
  • 1/2-cup dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cracked black pepper

      Melt 1/2-stick of butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.

      Add the wine, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and let the liquid mixture come to a simmer.

      Place the chops in the skillet and simmer them at low heat for about 7 minutes. If you like your lamb a little better done, you may cook them for an additional 2-3 minutes.
