A wedding album is a cherished keepsake. With today's technology, not only can you create a wedding album with a few materials and a scrapbook, but you can also create one online using the internet. Design your wedding album with borders, images, decorations, designs and more. A wedding album will capture memories that you and your spouse can look back on until death do you part.

    Making a Wedding Album Online

  1. Step 1

Attach your digital camera to your computer. Install the CD-ROM that came with your camera, or download all the drivers needed for the camera.

  2. Step 2

Open your web browser. Visit a free photo book design website such as SeeHere (see References). The site should also allow the option of purchasing your personally designed album.

  3. Step 3

Upload your photos onto the photo book design site. Use them to create a wedding album. Decorate the album with different-colored pages, images, designs and more. Change the size of some of the images to add a picture border around a larger picture.

  4. Step 4

Choose from leather, translucent or linen album covers. Pick hardbound or softbound. Choose a classic photo book or a flip book. Decide on an image to be placed on the front, or just go with a basic color. Order mini-book albums as thank-you gifts for your guests. Order your album.

  5. Step 5

Decorate your album even more, once you receive it in the mail. If you ordered a basic color for your cover, design it with stickers, markers, fabric glue, images and anything else you prefer.

  6. Creating a Wedding Album Offline

  7. Step 1

Buy a blank scrapbook from a craft store. If you like, match the book's color with your wedding's color scheme.

  8. Step 2

Pick up artificial flowers, letter stickers, wedding stickers, lace, ribbon and anything else that represents your wedding. Don't forget construction paper, markers, craft glue, glitter and stamps.

  9. Step 3

Attach your pictures to the pages of the book, using tape or a glue stick. Add decorations on the pages and around your photos. Add captions with letter stickers. Create a border with lace. Place casual party pictures at a funky angle on the page. Keep more formal pictures lined up horizontally.

  10. Step 4

Allow each page to dry before turning the page over. This will prevent the pages from sticking together.

Tips & Warnings
  • Before going decoration-crazy, make a basic outline of your page by placing the items where you'd like them before gluing them. This will allow you to judge whether or not you're going overboard with the design. Consider organizing your wedding photos. You could order them chronologically, or you could create a section for funny moments, the vows, the cake, the reception and more.
