If the image doesn't look right or the audio isn't working, press the blue help button. It's easy to spot and is marked with a question mark icon. It is also on the remote.

Use the pointer button on the remote control, or the projector. A menu should come up on the screen when you press the blue button, and the pointer will let you choose a menu item.

Press the "Enter" button to select the item. The "Enter" button is also on both the remote and the projector.

Follow the suggestions to troubleshoot and solve the problem.

Press the blue "Help" button again to exit the help system.
