How to Make Photo Correction in Photoshop
Adobe Photoshop is a comprehensive software tool for creating and manipulating digital images. Photos captured with a digital camera are image files in the JPEG format. A typical photo correction routine includes tweaking colors, image brightness, contrast and resolution.

Click "Open" in the "File" menu of the Adobe Photoshop program. Browse your computer and find a desired image file. Double-click on the file to open it.

Click the "Image" menu, then "Adjustments," then "Brightness/Contrast."

Slide the bar "Brightness" to the right(left) to increase(decrease) the photo brightness. Slide the bar "Contrast" to the right or left to set the desired image contrast. Click "OK" to apply changes.

Click the "Image" menu, then "Adjustments," then "Hue/Saturation." Slide the bar "Hue" to tweak the gradation of image colors. Slide the bar "Saturation" to set the color vividness. Click "OK."

Click the "Image" menu, then "Image Size." Check the box "Constrain Proportion" at the bottom of the "Image Size" window.

Type a desired number (for example, 300) in the resolution field. Click "OK." It sets an image resolution of 300 pixels per inch. Click "OK."

Click the "File" menu, then "Save As." Type a file name and click "Save" to store the photo with all corrections made.
