How to Make at Home Facials
Aging can take a toll on skin at any age, depending on habits, stress levels, and sun exposure. Fortunately, skin texture and clarity can be improved with products commonly found on the kitchen counter: fruit. Things You'll Need
- 2 to 4 tbs. vitamin D milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup fruit (pineapple, papaya, apples, pears)
- 2 tbs. pure honey
- Coffee filters
- Food processor or blender
- Microwaveable bowl

Chop the fruit into small pieces and run it through a food processor or a blender. Add 2 to 4 tbs. of milk to the mixture and continue blending.

Pour the mixture into a large bowl and add one egg white. Mix well.

Put two tbs. of pure honey into a small microwaveable container and microwave for 5 to 10 second intervals until it is warm and easy to stir.

Stir the honey in with the fruit and egg white mixture.

Pat the facial mixture onto your face with your fingertips. Tear up coffee filters and place them over the mixture, sticking them against your face.

Leave the mask on for 30 minutes and then peel the papers off and rinse to reveal fresh, vibrant skin.

Tips & Warnings
Pat dry your face after rinsing, but do not rub. This can cause redness and irritation.
Avoid getting the fruit mixture into the eyes.
