1
Shop for the items. Poinsettias are classic Christmas flowers that you can use and are available at most grocery stores during the winter season. "Picks" are available at craft stores and range from simple faux berries to miniature glittery gift boxes. Items should match each other.

2
Cut the stems of the Christmas flowers to between one and four inches. The stems of most picks will already be the appropriate length to work with.

3
Wrap all your stems with floral tape. This helps strengthen the stems of the flowers and can cover up any hard plastic pieces of the Christmas picks.
-
4
Choose a focal point for your Christmas corsage. Start adding smaller items around it and wrapping the stems together with the floral tape. For example, you may want to use a single, large red poinsettia flower as your focal piece and add small gold berries around it. Also add any greenery to the Christmas corsage. Hollies are popular for this time of year.

5
Cut a length of ribbon long enough to tie around your wrist. The ribbon may be Christmas-themed and festive or it may be a simple red satin. Wrap the taped stems around the middle of the ribbon and hot glue into place. Whenever you go to a Christmas party, the corsage will be ready to tie around your wrist and may be reused from year to year.
