1
Make a scrapbook page, or two, highlighting your pregnancy from Ultrasound pictures to a sideways view of your extended belly as you get close to delivery. Anything that you deem appropriate leading up to your baby's birth can go on the first two pages of her scrap book. Cut out squares of card stock to back the photos and include journal entries next to each picture. Make sure you use acid free adhesives and pens that you'll find in your local craft store.

2
Create a page for your baby's delivery and images from her first days in the hospital. Include photos of her first meeting with family members along with pictures of balloons, flowers and gifts that heralded her arrival. You can find stickers at your craft store to embellish your pages like titles, or a stork or baby booties. You can also find scrap book supplies at online retailers for pages specific to each event in your baby's life.

Design a homecoming page for you baby's scrap book complete with photos of her leaving the hospital in her car seat to taking her first nap at home in her bassinet. Include photos of her nursery and candid shots of bonding moments with Mom and Dad.

Create pages for every "first" moment that occurs during your baby's first year. Rolling over, sitting up and crawling are just some of the pages you can create. Chances are you won't have a photo of the exact first moment she does something new, but you can capture a moment soon after of the same event. Remember to add journal entries for each page you create, including when she evidenced her genius and under what circumstances.

End your baby scrapbook with pages dedicated to her first birthday event. Must have shots include playing in the cake and opening her gifts. Document the guests and the fun for scrapbook pages that you will always cherish.
