How to make a homemade pimple cream

A face full of pimples, or acne, can be terribly distressing to an individual. Pimples are unfairly attributed to oily-skinned teenagers, but pimple outbreaks can occur at any point in time during a person's lifetime. Eating a less fattening diet can help avoid pimples from forming, as can keeping your skin clean. Sometimes a pimple outbreak is simply unavoidable and requires treatment. Though there are many over the counter skin products, many of these products are rather expensive, and are nothing more than alcohol used to dry out the skin. There is an easy to make pimple cream recipe that you can mix yourself and you probably already have most of the ingredients needed in your pantry and bathroom.

Wash your face with warm soap and water. Use a basic glycerin, fragrance-free soap to remove impurities without adding any irritants. Dry your face with a small towel.

Squeeze a small amount of toothpaste onto the tip of your index finger. Apply the toothpaste to each pimple on your skin. Allow the toothpaste to dry on your skin overnight. This will help dry out the pimples before you apply the actual pimple cream.

Wash the toothpaste off of your face with soap and warm water in the morning. In the evening, again wash your face with soap and water and dry your face.

Pour 3 tbsp. of honey into a small bowl. Add 1 tsp. of cinnamon powder. Mix the cinnamon powder and honey together thoroughly with one end of a cotton tipped applicator.

Turn the cotton tipped applicator around and dip the clean end into the honey mixture. Dab a small amount of the mixture/cream onto each pimple on your skin. Allow the mixture to stay on your skin overnight. It will continue to dry out the pimples, as well as kill the bacteria that helped form them.

Rinse your skin with warm water and soap in the morning. Apply the honey and cinnamon cream to your pimples every night for two weeks to ensure they completely disappear.
