How to Set Your Homepage for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer

Things You'll Need:

  • internet
  1. Step 1

    Mozilla Fire Fox: Open a new Mozilla web browser. In the top left corner, you will see tabs. Reading from left to right; the tabs are file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, tools, and help. Choose tools.

  2. Step 2

    Once you have opened tools, choose options which will be the last choice. The tabs at the top of the options box will be main, tabs, content, applications, privacy, security, and advanced. Choose main.

  3. Step 3

    Once under main, there will be a section for home page. Simply change the current website to whatever you desire. Click OK.

  4. Step 4

    Internet Explorer: Similar to Mozilla, choose the options tab in your browser. Now choose internet options which should be the last choice.

  5. Step 5

    Reading from left to right; the tabs under internet options are general, security, privacy, content, connections, programs, advanced. Choose general.

  6. Step 6

    Once under general, there will be a section for home page. Simply change the current website to whatever you desire. Click OK.
