Step 1
Before you start the master cleanse, you need to ask yourself why you would want to do it. Is it because you want to shed a few pounds? Or are you looking for a healthier life?

Write down some goals you would like to achieve from the master cleanse on a post it note. Remember, no motivation is better than self-motivation.
Now plan a day that you would want to start. Eat your favorite meal the day before. Plan your schedule accordingly. If your gonna be on a vacation, a wedding party etc., then schedule the cleanse for when you have at least 10 days to spare.
You should also plan some activities that you enjoy doing for these 10 days. This will help distract you from all the hunger and food cravings, and will help kill a lot of time. -
Step 3
Plan ahead and buy all the ingredients you need at once, so that you won't run out of ingredients in the middle of the 10 day cleanse period.
Many people use this as an excuse to quit the cleanse half way through. PLEASE do not be that person.
You don't need to tell many people that you are doing the master cleanse. Just tell the ones that are close to you, that will support you. You don't need any negative comments to discourage you.
