The trick to cooking good ribs is to cook them before you put them on the grill. I know, I know why not just grill them but if you want them to be tender and juicy just trust me. The trick is to cook them in oven first. Give the ribs a good coat of seasoning before you do anything. A dry rub works best. Just rub your seasonings on both sides.

      Broiler Pan

Now you can preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Put the ribs on a baking pan lined with foil (helps the clean up) or a broiler pan. Bake the Baby Back Ribs at 350 degrees for one hour and fifteen minutes. The smell alone is worth it. mmmmmm

After your ribs have finished they will be tender and juicy. Now remove the Baby Back Ribs from the oven and place them on your pre heated grill. Take some BBQ Sauce and just brush it on both sides nice and thick. Flip the ribs after about 5 minutes on each side and brush on your favorite BBQ sauce as you flip them. Do this twice for a total of about 10 minutes. Continue until they are blackened and crispy to your liking. Your ribs are now finished enjoy!
