  • 8 hot dogs
  • 1 package of refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 8 slices of pepper jack cheese

      Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove each ready-made biscuit dough from the package and flatten it out with a roller pin so that it’s big enough to wrap around a hot dog.

      Take a hot dog and wrap it with slice of pepper jack cheese, place that on the flattened out biscuit dough and then roll up the hot dog in the dough until the dough is totally around the hotdog and a little bit of the hot dog is showing on each end. You will want to pinch the dough together so that it stays.

      Place the dough wrapped hot dogs on a cookie sheet with the seams down and bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes until the biscuits are browned.
