Things You'll Need:
- Grill: Gas or Charcoal
- Propane or Charcoal briquettes
- Tongs
- Corn: still in husk
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
-
Step 1
Gently pull back the husks from the corn. Do not remove the husks itself, simply peel back husks so corn is accessible.
-
Step 2
Remove the corn silk as it will burn on the grill. Discard corn silk.
-
Step 3
Butter the corn and apply salt and pepper. Spread the butter across the corn and add salt and pepper evenly, covering all the corn.
-
Step 4
Fire up the grill! Depending on the heat of your grill, it could take between 15 and 30 minutes. Turn as needed. The husk may burn, that is normal and adds to the flavor. The corn is done when it has begun to turn a golden color.
-
Step 5
Remove husks and eat! Add butter and salt/pepper to taste if necessary.
