Have you ever wanted to make delicious corn on the cob? Have you ever wanted to grill corn on the bbq? This article will show you how. The recipe is simple and delicious. Enjoy!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Grill: Gas or Charcoal
  • Propane or Charcoal briquettes
  • Tongs
  • Corn: still in husk
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Step 1

Gently pull back the husks from the corn. Do not remove the husks itself, simply peel back husks so corn is accessible.

  2. Step 2

Remove the corn silk as it will burn on the grill. Discard corn silk.

  3. Step 3

Butter the corn and apply salt and pepper. Spread the butter across the corn and add salt and pepper evenly, covering all the corn.

  4. Step 4

Fire up the grill! Depending on the heat of your grill, it could take between 15 and 30 minutes. Turn as needed. The husk may burn, that is normal and adds to the flavor. The corn is done when it has begun to turn a golden color.

  5. Step 5

Remove husks and eat! Add butter and salt/pepper to taste if necessary.

Tips & Warnings
  • Removing the corn silk is very important.
  • Using pepper that is fine will stick to the corn better than larger grain pepper from a pepper grinder.
  • Corn husks may catch on fire if left unattended. If they do, blow them out quickly to avoid the entire cob catching on fire.
