Decide whether you would like to go to an online publisher, and sell through stores with a reputation and traffic already built, or get more money per sale by self-publishing the ebook.

Start by making a website with the ebook sales built in. Make a page to catch the interest of potential buyers, a sales page, and a thank you page (for example). You can either use an automated script for sending out your ebook when purchased, or you can send them yourself via email. This is the one way you can retain 100% of the sale price.
Another way to go would be to use a self publishing company like Lulu, which would also give you a cool 3d picture of your ebook to show off online. They also have a large amount of traffic already, so that's a good bonus. Writers keep 80% of the sales.

Now advertise your site or the link to your self-published book. If you don't have the time advertise, just gather some affiliates to sell it for you, and give them a chunk of the profits. Advertise on forums, in ads, on blogs, and in articles. Soon enough, you'll be making tons! Good luck.
