How to Have a Better Life With No Stress

Would you like a better life? Feel better Cope better Live better. You have the power, that's right, you have the power, all you have to do is use it, which most people don't. Try following these few simple rules and start to live a better life.

      When returning from work, which is very stressful what do you do? You come home to more stress. STOP! Come home and relax. The first thing you want to do if you have a family is to get the whole family involved. Take just fifteen minuets to unwind, meditate, peace and quite.
      Your family must follow these rules also. No TV, or loud music or screaming , or who did what, to who. For me this is a time to thank God. Everything else is placed on hold. Quite time. I use some nice soothing music. We each read from the Bible or say what we are thankful for. Remember Quite.

      Then when we are finished our meditation or prayer, we have a quite, relaxing family discussion. ( No screaming ) This is the time when you can say what is bothering you, and other family members may do the same. Remember quite. Stay quite, nice music, have dinner. QUITE.

      Try to limit the TV time. I watch no news. I receive my news when I go on the net and scan the headlines. I take no more then fifteen minutes to scan local and national news. It is just too negative. And I still know what's going on.

      Speaking of negativity, stop thinking about all the negativity in your life. Is it controlling you? Stop being so negative. When someone around you is negative, gently say that you only want to be positive.

      Think about work, are there a lot of negativity? Lots of gossip? Why are you part of this. It does and will bring you down! Slowly with draw from this. If someone ask why do you not join in the gossip, have them read this. You could help someone else. One person can bring down all others. There are those who live in negativity, they love self pity.

      Ask yourself, do you really want to live better, feel better, be better? Or do you really want to be down and negative?

      You say, but there are just not enough hours in the day. But why? Because you have spread yourself too thin. Please stop this madness, cut back on your actives. You are only one person. Make changes in your life and never feel guilty, feel better.

      House hold chores. I say, take just 30 minutes a day and do what you can.

      Get 8 hours of sleep. If you have to cut something out, do it. You will feel a lot better. Just do it.

      Have no negative thoughts or speak negative, And stop being around negative people. Tell them nice, you want to hear no more negativity. You may have to decide to cut a negative friend loss. First tell them about their negativity, help them, but they must want to help themselves.

      In today's world it does not help to be negative, it will only hurt you.

      If you have a family, then no free loaders. Everyone helps. But I can't help, I have this, that and everything else to do. THE FAMILY COME'S FIRST. No free loaders, everyone helps. Assign task, and no negativity!

      Discussions , never argue, No one wins. You may have to take the high road, but taking the high road is better then being stressed.

      Relax, and remember NO NEGATIVITY! Only Positive thoughts, only Positive words. Within weeks you will find your life changing, getting better. There will be negative people, who love self pity, but who has the better life?
