Making Mac and Cheese from a box is easy and has a different taste than homemade Mac and Cheese. This recipe will allow you to make Mac and Cheese that is actually healthy for you and your family.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 pound of beef.
  • 1 small box of Velveeta cheese.
  • 1 box of elbow noodles.
  • i can of green beans.
  1. Step 1

The very first thing to do is to cook the beef. Try not to over cook the beef it can obscure the taste of the dish. At the same time bring a large pan of water to a rapid boil.

  2. Step 2

Once the water has come to a boil add as much noodles as needed to feed you family. Boil the noodles for 10 to 12 minutes. While the noodles are boiling remove the Velveeta cheese from the packaging and slice it into thin slices.

  3. Step 3

While the noodles are boiling place the green beans into another pan and warm them up. Once the noodles are finished boiling drain all the water. In the pain that cooked the noodles put the browned beef into the bottom of the pain followed by 1/3 of the noodles. Place 4 to 5 pieces of the Velveeta cheese into the pan and then place the remaining noodles into the pan. Drain the green beans and place them into the pan too. Finally place the remaining cheese into the pan and mix well.

Tips & Warnings
  • Mix until all the cheese has melted and has been mixed into the dish.
  • Make extra and have it for left overs when there is not enough time to cook another meal.
  • Having the cheese sliced before the noodles are done makes it easier to mix because the noodles are still hot enough to melt the cheese.
